Dues are currently $400 annually and are assessed to support the maintenance of our park, playground, the tennis court and all common areas. Annual dues are due January 1st of each year and are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Annual dues are periodically reviewed and may be subject to change based on majority approval by the HOA board.

Checks
Checks can be mailed or hand-delivered to the Tibbett's Station Treasurer address on your billing statement.
Zelle
Complete the below steps to provide payment using Zelle:
1. Go to the P2P or Send Money section of your bank’s mobile app or website.
2. Add Tibbett’s Station HOA as a recipient using the below name and email address:
TIBBETT’S STATION HOA
tibbettsstationtreasurer@outlook.com
NOTE: It is critical that the email address is entered correctly. If there is a typo,
TIBBETT’S STATION HOA will not receive your payment. The homeowner is
responsible if payment is not received or is sent incorrectly.
3. Enter the amount owed (annual dues are currently $400)
4. Enter your Lot and Division # in the memo field. Your Lot and Division # can be found on
the billing statement that was mailed to you.
If you do not provide your Lot and Division #, Tibbett’s Station HOA cannot
guarantee that your account will be properly credited with your payment.
5. Send payment.
