History of Tibbetts Station
In 1988, development began on Division 1 of Tibbetts Station. Pictured here is the entrance to Tibbetts off Duthie Hill Road as construction was commencing.
The first two or three homes were built on plans from another Burnstead neighborhood called "South Firs," which is in May Valley. It's fun to note that the models of the homes were named after wines: Bordeaux, Beaujoulais and Chardonnay. Check out some of these original marketing documents to take a closer look!
