Conveniently located at the south end of the Sammamish Plateau, Tibbett’s Station is a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained community of 137 single-family homes. The neighborhood was built by Burnstead Homes between 1988 and 1992 and includes a park with a playground structure, nature area and tennis court. The Tibbett’s Station Homeowners’ Association is responsible for the oversight of this community. It provides leadership around community events, architectural control, maintenance of common areas, adherence to covenants and by-laws as well as the accounting and finance of the organization.
